We offer support services for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. We provide individual, couples, and family counseling in a variety of therapeutic ways:

  • Psychotherapy: We utilize a wellness focus and a variety of evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Positive Psychotherapy.

  • Video & Phone Sessions: Counselors can provide sessions over the phone or Internet to individuals unable to meet in person if preferred.

  • Pet-Assisted Therapy: By request, a trained therapy dog can join your session to provide companionship and help reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Walk & Talk Session: Take your therapy session outside at a nearby park to get the added wellness benefits of light exercise and mood-enhancing nature.
