Master’s Level Marriage & Family Therapist

Certified Peer Specialist

Life is like a road map. We have bumps in the road, detours, yields, and stop signs. Yet we still need to keep going to get to our destination. As a master’s level therapist focusing on working with individuals, couples and families, I can help guide you through your journey.

I am committed to helping you see your resilience as you set your goals and make the changes you want to see in your daily life. I have over 10+ years’ experience in the field of mental health as well as experience working in addiction. I am also a certified peer specialist.

Therapy by definition is intended to “relieve”. My approach is to create a comfortable, safe environment for all, by using mindfulness and relaxation techniques. My perspective is that therapy is a form of self-care that we all need. Let’s hit the road together!

In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family, meditating, and reading.

Kelly Haines, MS, NCC (she/her)

Master's Level Therapist and National Certified Counselor

Sees clients 5-30 years old

I am a Master's Level Therapist with experience working in school settings with adolescents, teenagers, and parents. I am very passionate about mental health and normalizing going to therapy! I take on a person-centered approach, where my goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and validated. I have experience working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, and self-image/identity. I utilize techniques from solution-focused therapy to highlight problem-solving strategies and coping skills, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy to gain a better understanding of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I aim to create a therapeutic alliance that fosters growth and self-success.

In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and family, listening to music, and going to concerts. I love traveling to new places, spending time outdoors, and trying out different coffee shops and restaurants.

Raechel Stillwell, MA, MS,NCC

Master’s level Therapist

CBT & DBT Trained

Sees clients 18 and older

As a Master’s Level Therapist, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to share what is important to them. My goal is for clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make changes.

I approach therapy by first getting to know my clients better and validate their experiences. I work to develop a therapeutic relationship that relies on authenticity, honesty, and humor when appropriate. I also use a cognitive framework to understand my client’s core beliefs and how they might be affecting them in the present. I firmly believe that exploring the origin of our beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world is vital to understanding who we are.

I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop skills to broaden their beliefs, respond to negative self-talk, create new habits, work through interpersonal difficulties, and regulate their emotions. I feel my approach is appropriate for a variety of concerns, particularly those related to anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, emotion regulation difficulties, life transitions, relationship/marriage concerns, grief, and low self-esteem.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs, cooking, and doing any outdoor activity! I am also known to always have a puzzle in progress.

Sees clients 12 and older

I have been in the field of counseling for more than 10 years. I have worked with people from all walks of life including children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with trauma, addiction, depression, anger management & family dynamics/healthy boundaries.  My therapeutic style is very eclectic, but I firmly believe in self-empowerment and walking with someone on their path. I also understand that a timeline to self-healing and growth is individualistic and there is no rush in that process. I assist individuals to see that their “symptoms” have a purpose which has outgrown its benefits. The therapeutic journey consists of letting go of those “symptoms”, fully confident in a brighter present.

In my free time, I love to read, ride my bike (and get flat tires), and spend my days spoiling my 2 dogs.
