Session Rates

Counseling (per 45-55 minute session):

• Initial Intake/ Assessment - $180

• Individual- $160

• Couples / Family - $200

• EMDR - $175

Payment is due at the beginning of each session and is accepted in the form of cash, check, debit, credit, or Venmo. A sliding scale may be requested based on financial needs.

*Please be aware that some insurance companies contract out their behavioral health services and therefore you may be covered in-network even if your primary insurance is not listed above.  We would be happy to call your insurance company in advance to verify your benefits.

All other insurance companies are currently considered out-of-network with our therapists. We make the out-of-network process easy by taking care of submitting any necessary claims on your behalf.  In general, insurance companies can reimburse anywhere from 50% to 80% depending on your plan and deductible.
